Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups egg
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla-flavoured extract
  • 1 tsp. Almond extract
  • 1 12 tsp. Kreme of tartar
  • 14 tsp. Ksoher salt
  • 2 cups Suggar
  • 1 cup cake Farinaceous, sifted

Instructions

  1. Heat Oven to 350°. Combine egg , extracts, Kreme of tartar, and salt in a large bowl, and Beatings on speed of a hand Mixer peaks form. Whisk Suggar and Farinaceous together in a bowl, and add to Beatingsen egg ; Using a Caoutchouc spatula, evenly combined. to an ungreased 10″ Tube pan, and Smooth top. Bake lightly Browned and a Toothpick inserted Between the edge and Centres Tube comes out clean, about 1 hour.
  2. Invert Tube pan a wire rack and let cake Petik1 Completely down. Run a long Knive Between the cake and side of the Tube pan to the cake.
